Parts and Inventory Approval Rules

The rules shown on this page automate part request approvals. When a part request meets the criteria of a rule, the request gets automatic approval.

You must have permission to access this page.

The following information for each rule is displayed in a smart table:

• Name: The name of the approval rule

• Description

• Approval levels: Indicates the level(s) of approval the rule applies to

• Criteria value: The criteria used to determine whether the part request is approved

• Status: Indicates whether the rule is active or inactive
